Every career is a book. Mine has been one with many chapters, each one pushing me further, shaping who I am today.
From my first door-to-door role at Círculo de Leitores in 1994, through fifteen years of foundational roles at Vodafone Portugal and Group, to Director at AnubisNetworks, Senior Account Executive at Microsoft, EMEA Sales Director at BitSight, Country Manager at Google Cloud, and most recently at Devoteam, where I held a dual role as Chief Sales Officer for the Google Cloud pillar and Executive Director of Devoteam Portugal’s Distributed Cloud division.
Along the way, I never stopped learning, from the mentors and leaders who believed in me, inspired me, and helped me grow. I completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration, Management, and Managerial Practices at UAL, and pursued rigorous training through Maxwell Leadership, HAVEN, Sandler Sales, and Microsoft-INSEAD, not just as professional investments, but as a commitment to becoming a better person.
This was never negotiable. But the best books aren’t written alone. They’re shaped by the people who mentor us, inspire us, and challenge us to become more. This is who I am, the sum of every conversation, every mentor, every person who believed in me and helped me grow.
One insight remained constant throughout every chapter: performance is not just about strategy, it’s about people and how they are led.
Today, my focus has shifted. Through keynotes, leadership mentoring, public speaking, and sales programs, I work with leaders and professionals to help them become the best versions of themselves, professionally and personally.
